Very Supreme Cutlass

Hey baby, It’s Supreme.

Here’s an advertisement for (I think) the ’78 Cutlass Supreme 2-door. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that color combo before on the road, especially the interior matching the two-tone paint like that.  Unfortunately the “Special paint scheme” seems to be the only real selling point.  Imagine if GM hadn’t been so unbelievably smug back then.

I’m still wondering how “color coordinated mirrors” qualifies as a key selling point.  But hey, viva 1978.  But then I was seven years old and wanted to be Luke Skywalker, so…..
